A 200 year old Sussex Peg Tile farmhouse, set in an elevated position with views over Romney Marsh. It is situated 2 miles east of Rye on the Military Road toward Appledore, turn left at the hanging milkchurn.

We offer you comfort for your holiday whether you stay one night or one week. Rooms have uninterupted views over Romney Marsh and the River Rother which flows infront of the house. We are ideally positioned as a centre for touring, walking, birdwatching, free coarse fishing or just a quiet restful holiday.
